Juvenile Justice Racial and Ethnic Disparities Reduction; bids due August 29, 2019 by 3:00 pm.
The Michigan Committee on Juvenile Justice (MCJJ) has the following grant opportunity available for bid:
- Juvenile Justice Racial and Ethnic Disparities Reduction – This is a request for proposals (RFP) for local units of government to implement and evaluate programming to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in the juvenile justice system. MDHHS expects to award approximately $800,000 annually through this competitive RFP process to two agencies, with funding of up to $400,000 per year to implement and evaluate programming to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in their jurisdictions. The program period begins Oct. 1, 2019 and ends Sept. 30, 2020. Grant applications must be submitted electronically through the MI E-Grants program by Aug. 29 at 3 p.m.
