2010 Compliance Monitoring Report

The 2010 Compliance Monitoring Report provides data on Michigan's compliance during 2010 with the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention guidelines for juvenile detention.  These guidelines require: the removal of status offenders and non-offenders from secure detention, the separation of adults and juveniles who are held securely in a facility that holds both groups, and the removal of juveniles from adult jails and lockups.
